Functional &amp; Delivery Excellence: - Work in partnership with business stakeholders providing Process Excellence expertise to identify and shape opportunities that drive improved functional experience, efficiency and risk reduction. - Identify, analyse &amp; develop processes for inter &amp; intra function interactions to maximize efficiency - Own &amp; drive the change management for all excellence initiatives - Own digitization and automation of functional processes (ACIS) - Identify, structure, and lead key strategic initiatives and business programs and share best practices - Current team size - 1 (Delivery Excellence), 3-4(ACIS developers) L&amp;D management: - Own and manage the business side of internal L&amp;D team - Plan, propose &amp; deploy growth of internal L&amp;D platform based on growth plans of the company - Enable operational L&amp;D team with necessary business requirements Financial Analysis &amp; Reporting - Own financial reporting &amp; analysis for the Delivery team - Responsible for end to end management of internal system for revenue &amp; delivery profitability management. Job Requirements: - Must have at least 5 years of client &amp; project management experience - Work experience is consulting &amp; third party analytics firms preferrable - Proven track record in a management role with experience in Process Excellence - Experience in leading transformation functions and change management - Significant experience of reviewing and changing business models to optimize performances. - Experience in business insights, root cause analysis and performance monitoring - Excellent stakeholder and communication skills with a proven record of influencing and managing senior stakeholders Experience : 10 to 16 years Locations : Bangalore/Bengaluru
