Senior Manager - Process Automation - BFSI (5-8 yrs)

Job Description:

- Proactively analyze key areas of financial and operational risks by understanding business objectives, processes and functions

- Develop programs, roadmaps and process automation initiatives

- Generate the consensus within the organization by navigating through calendars of business and operations leadership.

- Continuous tactical communication with Stakeholders (Operations/Lender partnership Team/CXteams)

- Ability to pull data and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed

- Collaborate with multiple departments including Operations/Lender partnership Team/CXteams/Tech to understand and quantify the impacts of key business decision and tradeoffs

- Systematically escalate problems and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered

- Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed and ensuring service requirements are met

- Prioritization of issues to meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality delivery

Skills:

- Understanding of process automation technology

- Knowledge of R, Python, UiPath, RPA

- Attention to detail

- Problem solving skills

- Effective Stakeholder management (internal and external)

- Possess analytical, data mining and project management skills.

Persona:

- Experience in working on automation projects at scale involving automation languages and tools like R, Python, RPA, UiPath

- Engineering or MBA from Tier 1 institute with 6-8 years of relevant experience

- Must have clarity of thought and logical approach on problem solving

- Maturity of thought process to understand business objectives, processes and functions.

- Ability to act as catalytic agent of change for effective change management
