Senior Manager - Presales & Solution Architect - IT (8-15 yrs)
Senior Manager - Presales & Solution Architect - Virualisation, access gateway, identity management solution
Position is with Accops, Mumbai
Qualification: BE/BTech/MCA/MTech (Preferably CS/IT)
Technical Skills Required
Mandatory:
- Deep technical knowledge and real-world usage of application and operating system environments
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, programming, software architecture, networking concepts, network devices, security concepts, network protocols, file-systems & AAA
- Expertise in Linux and/or Windows operating system
- Proven team player with at least 8 years of proven technical experience
- Strong knowledge in Virtualization Technologies (VMware, HyperV etc.)
- Proactive and self-motivated such that should be able to partner closely with the Enterprise Account Manager[s]
- Should take initiative to do things that advance the chances of selling
- Ability to clearly and confidently provide information about competitive products
- Should be able to differentiate the advantages and disadvantages of the offerings based on real-world experience
- Ability to conduct conversations with prospective clients and convey both technical and business merits of our solutions
- Must have ability to sell independently without an establish brand
- Willing to travel to customer location
Good to have:
- Presales experience in a Startup preferably in the same domain
Role and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate an in depth understanding of the Company's products
- Should be able to articulate and describe Company's products during customer presentations & white-boarding sessions
- Good knowledge of the competition Eg. How other companies' products works and why, when compared to Accops they are less efficient and effective
- Should conduct interactive demonstrations
- Pre-sales Account management
- Solution Designing, sizing and deployment of Accops products and related 3rd party products in UAT and Production environments
- Prepare competitive study documents and architecture documents -
- Own deployment of Accops solution post sales -
- Build, improve and maintain high standard of pre-sales and post-sales support - Create knowledge base around the product, including KB articles, tutorial videos creation, FAQs, best practices documents
- Manage customer expectations and demonstrate a strong follow-up to customer inquiries
