Senior Manager - Presales - BPO/ITeS/Consulting (4-7 yrs)
- Closely engage with client teams/stakeholders for business requirement gathering, POC planning, execution and closure.
- Define the entire process of POC customized for each client and ensure clarity of picture of success to both client teams, project team and sales team
- Conceptualize the solution based on client discussions and propose the POC solution and roadmap
- Ensure the POC roadmap is adhered to with tight control on deadlines
- Engage with data scientists/developers on putting together required solutions as per clients- expectations.
- Ensure smooth running and documentation of updates and milestones achieved during each stage of the POC cycle
- Ensure coordination with Technical Team (Onsite/Offsite) teams on technical framework required for POC success.
- Engage with business teams and build their confidence on the solution during the POC
- Learn additional technologies (like Business Intelligence, Big Data) to add value to the entire function and company.
- Must be able to convert the business problem into analytics problem.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify qualified prospects
- Build marketing collaterals based on the prior work done for future sales pitches
Technical Skills -
- Have been extensively associated with either Tableau or Qlik in last two years
- Must have worked on analytical assignments requiring complex number crunching in previous roles
- Intermediate level of Excel understanding is a must
- Designing client presentations on PPT with clear messaging that creates deep impact is a must
- Must have clear understanding of business analytics
- Must have proven record of advising clients on analytics solutions.
- Should be open to travel to various client sites within Mumbai
