Act as the functional head of team and take full ownership for their deliverables, as well as their development and management.

Project Management

- Effectively manage multiple, complex/large consulting projects and thought leadership papers, including scoping, planning & management, quality control, and project delivery.

- Be responsible for smooth project operations, end-to-end project management and planning, to ensure timely delivery and high quality, with a differentiated and solutions-focused approach that delivers value to clients. 

- Ensure project budgets - including resource bandwidth and travel/incidental costs - are adhered to, and flag any potential issues on a timely basis, while proposing possible solutions.

Team/People Management:

- Lead the delivery team and be the point of contact for external clients as well as internal senior management/stakeholders.

- Client Management: Manage client engagements independently. Ensure that client expectations are met and even exceeded in terms of quality and timeliness of deliverables, and the value of insights and solutions provided.

Required Experience & Skills:

- Experience in aviation strategy/planning or at a specialist aviation consulting/research company and have a self-starter attitude.

- Experience in project management, and organisational skills, with the ability to implement appropriate workflow and business processes in the team.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Advanced level proficiency in MS Office (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
