Job Description :

Sr. Manager will be responsible to lead the PR and content initiatives across platforms to effectively communicate company's brand and drive the digital marketing campaigns and strategies. The person will be responsible for communication with senior stakeholders in the Health-care space & lead from front.

Description :

PR Related


- Leads PR, responsible for developing and implementing a proactive communications strategy in support of company's strategic priorities and employment brand.
- Establishes connections and relationships across all facets of the organisation to deeply understand business strategies and culture to lead purposeful and effective communication campaigns in support of them.
- Creates and leads a holistic communications strategy in line with business objectives and leadership positioning.
- Establishes connections and relationships with strategic external partners including media, professional organisations, influencers, government bodies, research, and educational institutions to effectively communicate company's brand.
- Prioritises company's culture and diversity, equity, and inclusion across communications.
- Build communications capabilities around storytelling, tone and voice, media relations, and crisis management.
- Manages external communications and PR agency relationships

Content Related


- Lead all content initiatives for the brand across all platforms
- Understand the audience, willing to know customer insights, and create thought leadership content
(both internal and external)
- Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimised for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, point of purchase, mobile, video, print, and in-person.
- Create high-quality content in line with company's business and technology objectives and distribute it via our Linked In, Twitter, blog, YouTube, Instagram
- Own execute copy for the brand on the website, marketplaces all other sales platforms.
- Write high-converting copy for our digital campaigns
- Building strong organic awareness for the brand via high-quality content pieces, guest posts, etc.
- Work closely with the company's Creative Head on all creative and branding initiatives to ensure a consistent message across channels.
- Co-ordinate with cross-functional internal teams

Digital Marketing Related


- Develop, implement, and track digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels such as Linked In, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- The candidate should have a good understanding of the current marketing tools and strategies and be able to drive integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- End to end social media and website management (run organic, paid digital campaigns and work towards updating the content on the website on a regular basis)
- Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns, and lead generation.
- Identify trends and insights and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights through the available tools
- Manage the brand reputation on the digital platforms
- Help achieve month-on-month growth, measure, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns

Profile :

1. Health-care Industry Background
2. Understanding of Digital Platforms Marketing
3. Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism/English Literature or Equivalent Degree in mass communication, Journalism
4. 10-15 Years relevant experience in Print Media, Corporate Communications, PR agency
