This is an individual role - Portfolio Management Services ( PMS) Operations Job Description: - Monitoring & managing the daily Operations for Portfolio Management Process. - Activation & Takeover of the New /Additional Inflows - Processing payout of Redemptions - Daily Bank & DP reconciliations. - Daily Trade Processing, Allocation & Settlement. - Monthly SEBI Reporting. - Calculating PMS Income & Expenses distributor payout working - Testing of the PMS system for development of new product and enhancement of the existing product. - Implementation of control & checks in manual activities - Co-ordination with custody for settlement & other issues if any. - Co-ordination with Statutory auditor and internal auditor for PMS queries. - Identify the gaps in current process & suggest/implement the necessary changes with help of all stake holder. Location - Mumbai
