Senior Manager - PMO - Telecom

1. Handling project activities involving working out various requirements with respect to utilities, equipment- s, manpower & monitoring overall project operations for ensuring timely completion.

2. Prepare the project execution plan for management review and approval and manage approved plan to achieve project deliverables and timeline objectives.

- Good understanding of PM tools (EPM, Primavera, MSP, etc.) in the delivery of business objectives.

- Establish project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the necessary resources & plans & monitor all activities.

- Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor & handle changes, conflicts & escalations.

- Ensure progress is being updated in the system (EPM) on a daily basis after cross-checking with Field team and get approval from Execution manager.
