Position Overview
Job Location -: Gurgaon
Major Accountabilities:
- Lead the regional governance oversight program for select Enterprise Infrastructure and Information Security Projects, track actions and execution risks
- Monitor, govern and work with project managers to track budget and financials across portfolio
- Manager corporate and functional- reporting for the project portfolio.
- Envision and facilitate standardization of project management practice through process and PPM tool
- Develop and maintain relationships at senior management levels within the organization. Work with key stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities and risks within the portfolio.
- Establish and manage key relationships with Business Unit partners to understand specific business issues and priorities.
- Support development of PM practices and PMO governance practices in the portfolio such as through community of practice
- Planning capacity, demand and supply and variance for delivery as required
Competencies:
- Technical competencies: Portfolio and Program Management
- Experience in implementing these methodologies across varied business areas such as technology operational and knowledge intensive functions will be preferred
- Proven track record of delivery with ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Expert ability to create and maintain strong relationships across the organization at all levels
Education and experience
- Overall 15+ years of experience and 5-8 years of technology PMO role
- University Degree in technology and business or related field
- Formal training PMP training will be preferred and experience in financial and technology focused organizations
