Heading Plant HR & IR for 1 manufacturing site of a leading firm in the Consumer Goods space with a strong union presence and help build a high potential working culture In order to be eligible for the role, one must: 1. Have 5-12 years of experience in a Plant HR role for an FMCG firm 2. Have a full time MBA from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institute 3. Have managed strong recognized unions along with handling all communication with them 4. Have managed complex IR issues such as strikes, lockdowns, dharnas, etc. 5. Have experience in taking tough decisions around performance, discipline, wages, terminations, etc. in a strongly unionized environment 6. Have experience in managing serious issues such as domestic enquiries, court cases, etc. in a sensitive manner 7. Have hands on knowledge of labour laws, factory act, labour act, etc. 8. Have exposure to initiating and executing multiple Long Term Settlements with recognized unions 9. Have managed the entire employee lifecycle, starting from recruitment, induction, onboarding, trainings, etc.
