Senior Manager - Plant HR/Industrial Relation - Automotive/FMCG (10-15 yrs)
My client is a reputed MNC with offices across the globe. They are currently seeking a Plant HR Manager for Industrial Relation, Admin, and Compliances for Mumbai location.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for smooth and cordial Employee Relations across all establishments.
- Dealing with the Local Unions of Employees, internal as well as external Unions for all plants
- Play a key role in negotiation and finalization of Settlements with the Local Unions, external Unions, and 2(p) Settlements.
- Assist the Local Management and HR Team in the implementation of terms of Settlements.
- Interact with Advocates for drafts, dates, updates, hearing and proceedings etc.
- Represent the Company in Court cases, Appear before the Central as well as the State Government Labour Department
- Study of Compensation and Benefits in the related industries. Conduct wage surveys of region cum industries for all factories & regions.
- Settlement of Social Security Benefits (i.e. retrial dues - PF, Gratuity, and Pension from PF Office)
- Support Factories and Regions in implementing the terms and conditions of the settlement.
- Support the local management for organizing training programmers through the Central Board for workers education
To qualify for this role, you will require:
- Graduate/ Post Graduate in MBA/MPM/MSW/LLB/LLM.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of computer applications like MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Internet etc.
- Languages: Marathi(Must)/Hindi/ English.
