Senior Manager/Plant Head - Human Resources - Manufacturing/Infrastructure Firm (12-20 yrs)

Roles And Responsibilities :
1. To ensure complete industrial harmony. Maintenance of smooth employee relations in the Plant by engaging with employees on a continuous basis
2. Work closely with the Site Business Head for overall organizational success
3. To support hiring as per approved plan and ensure correct hiring practices w.r.t. On roll & Off-roll employees with proper checks and balances. Ensure proper On-boarding & Induction process
4. Maintain Time Office functioning & updated records as per Factories Act and other Statutes
5. Constantly communicate and engage with employees across all levels to understand, educate and address employee and work related issues rapidly
6. Effective implementation of Management of Third Party SOP.
7. Drive employee engagement activities in the Plant - responsible for overall employee morale and motivation
8. Attendance Management - its maintenance and monitoring
9. To manage contractual employees including its compliance
10. Responsible for all employee records of the Plant
11. Preparation of monthly attendance report on time including compiling leave status and handling absenteeism, if any
12. Responsible for managing discipline and grievances and its resolution
13. Responsible for all Welfare activities within the Plant - cafeteria, hygiene issues, medical, employee transport, housekeeping etc.
14. Preparation of Annual HR budget
15. Deploy employee development initiatives including Training Programs and other new & innovative initiatives
16. Ensure all statutory compliances of the Plant including that of Vendors
17. Support HO in driving the annual appraisal process
18. Responsible for overall discipline in the Plant and be responsible for general administration of the Plant
19. Report timely & accurate MIS with analysis to Head Office
20. Network with local administration including liaising with local Govt. bodies.
21. Support Plant Head in ensuring complete adherence to Safety, Health & Environment issues with zero tolerance
22. Performs any other responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time
OTHER :
- You must be based in Rajasthan in your current or previous organisation.
- Your current CTC should be less than 15 LPA.
