They have serviced over 1.5 million bookings via 5+ million trips Your Responsibilities: - Grow the institutional business all over the country (currently 4-5 Cr annually) - Create scalable processes to ensure a smooth growth trajectory for the business - Own and manage parts of the P&L of the institutional business vertical - Manage a large cross-functional team spread across 6-7 cities - Digitize the processes and support product managers with business insights Apply If: - You have an engineering or business degree from a premium school (IIT/IIM/ISB) - You have rich operations / sales experience of 3-4 years. Previous experience in an early stage startup as a co-founder or core leadership is a huge plus - You have a superb understanding of new technologies and digital products
