Senior Manager - Performance/Rewards - Financial Services Firm (8-15 yrs)

- Identify company goals and design the entire performance and rewards strategy to achieve the same

- Design, deliver and drive the complete Performance management cycle which includes setting up KRA- s/ KPI- s, evaluating performance, coaching managers to give effective feedback, communicating results while partnering with the HR Business Partners and other key stakeholders

- Design and drive the rewards philosophy in line with company goals and values and driving the same through regular feedbacks from the internal stakeholders

- Communicate and administer the total rewards strategies, including compensation and benefits and other programs that are consistent with organizational objectives

- Design the competency framework in line with the overall performance objectives and rewards strategy and partnering with other HR functions and business for the same

- Benchmark existing practices with other players in the market and across industries to identify and replicate best in class practices in line with the company values

- Drive continuous and transparent feedback upwards (from team to manager) and downwards (manager to team) to ensure feedback becomes a building block for performance management

- Analyze employee experience and use it to improve existing PMS to make it more robust and people centric

- Partner with the business on a real time basis and demonstrate the same with the performance and rewards philosophy

An ideal candidate

- At least 8-14 years of work experience in HR, with a strong exposure of design in performance management and Rewards

- MBA from a Tier 1 or 2 college is a must

- Strong focus on design experience in PMS whether in a consulting or in a corporate set up
