- Managing Performance, Total Rewards and Benefits charter for the company for various geographies - Accountable for design, go to market and governance of HR policies and HR systems involving Rewards and Benefits - Accountable for driving performance management systems enabling meritocracy through ownership of goal setting, periodic check-ins, feedback and development conversations - Rewards budgeting, benchmarking and Talent analysis to build Outside-in perspectives for drafting Rewards charter in India and International markets - Responsible for strategic org transformation projects enabling execution of business growth plans - Accountable for driving Executive Compensation charter including designing short term and Long term incentives (ESOPs and Performance based LTIPs), go to market plans and governance architecture - Drive rewards cycles including participation in Benchmarking forums, Outside-in insights, Analytics and Board proposals - Custodian for Group compliance policies, Recognition frameworks, HR systems involving Performance and Rewards processes
