About the Company :

Talasha, a search firm, is hiring for the position of Senior Manager-Performance Marketing for a Mumbai based, series B Funded, direct to consumer brand that develops innovative educational products and games that build core skills in children through systematic play. Backed by Sequoia Capital, Sofina Ventures, etc, they are a profitable company and have grown exponentially by selling their products in 20+ countries and have raised a venture capital of USD 25 Million.

Responsibilities:

- Build, own, and implement a robust performance marketing strategy across primarily D2C and subsequently Marketplaces such as Amazon

- Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team that can operate across geographies.

- Deliver ROI & revenue targets for your regions & own the performance marketing P&L

- Study competitors strategies and positioning and devise counterstrategies for optimal outcomes

- Monitor & optimise performance marketing metrics that correlate to business impact.

- Work cross-functionally to enable data driven decisions across functions such as product, marketing, and sales.

Good-to-have:

We don't believe in having a strict checklist of criteria. However, as a guidance the below are few experiences or qualifications which would help:

- Minimum 3-4 years experience in D2C performance marketing ie in Facebook Business Manager & Google Marketing.

- Knowledge of Amazon Advertising (AMS) is additionally preferred.

- Strong analytical & problem solving skills

- Mumbai based as its a work from office role

- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

CTC - INR 13-18L Per Annum
