We have an urgent opening with a leading Insurance group for their office in Mumbai.

SR Manager/ Chief Manager - Performance Marketing

- Manage a team of high performing digital growth champions and deliver required business KPIs like traffic, leads and cost.

Lead the content strategy by:

- Developing marketing communication & collaterals across all channels

- Analysing communication success based on benchmarks of each media

- Preparing a communication calendar and deliver accordingly

- Helping the team to write marketing briefs.

Lead the performance strategy by:

- Launching monthly campaigns across digital media

- Planning and executing a lead generation calendar as per business plan

- Lead and prepare go to market strategies from communication point of view for product launches on the digital medium

- Understand business requirements of the stakeholders, define clear objectives, manage day to day interactions & build consensus

- Sustain and evolve demand generation ecosystem through:

- Paid digital channels like Display, DV 360, Social

- Organic channel and inbound material

- Website landing pages, Digital video, Lead and build analytics capabilities by:

- Developing models through internal & external data science agencies

- Monitoring market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities

- Carefully handle large marketing budgets.

- Sustain and evolve external agencies through deliveries and negotiations

- Keep Devising next set of growth strategies

- Create visibility for top management through timely updates and presentations

- Team leadership and time management, Ability to build marketing strategy
