We are looking for a "Sr. Manager - Performance Marketing" for one of our clients.

Job Responsibilities

- Lead overall revenue responsibility across a portfolio of courses, with focus on overall user growth and working on growth loops to drive 5X growth over next 2 years.

- Ability to lead $50 Mn annual business, with an overall approach of growth marketing.

- Lead performance marketing across all digital channels to deliver on revenue and CAC targets for the entire portfolio of courses.

- Lead a team of high potential digital marketers and build the team for scale.




- Lead strategic projects and growth hacking initiatives; work with the product, and analytics team, across USA and India, to improve product experience and drive customer acquisition.

- Work cross-functionally with Tech, Analytics product & Creative teams to solve problems and improve performance of marketing campaigns.
