Job Objective: - Building a stronger brand presence to help drive growth, enhance our brand image, and create an impact in our focus markets through impactful, targeted lead generation campaigns and other marketing activities. - The role is responsible for businesses aligned to equipment manufacturing vertical and is focused on B2B marketing activities - Responsible for end to end marketing support for the business, right from strategy creation, execution of marketing campaigns, Lead generation activities, delivery and execution of marketing activities and finally the tracking and measurement of impact - To increase sales agent engagement to accelerate sales growth and align sales agents with business, sales and marketing strategies - To make our sales agents feel more valued and help their marketing activities increase our global visibility Primary Responsibilities: Strategic and Planning: - Account management of our Equipment vertical in terms of supporting the businesses with all marketing activities and collaterals - Planning annual calendar of marketing activities including product campaigns with lead targets, execution plan and the annual budget Functional: - Work with the Product Marketing Teams within each of the group companies to devise marketing plans as per lead generation and eminence building targets - Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns, on time and within budget - To execute activities aligned to brand strategy, execution, content generation, brand delivery, digital marketing, print and media marketing, etc. aligned to the equipment vertical - To lead the knowledge development of the organization from a marketing perspective - Review data from various sources to identify new strategic plays such as new products, machines, new customer pools, new geographies etc. - Manage the sales agent channel program - Measure, evaluate and classify sales agents with sales team - Maintain list of active partners and key contacts - Monitor and score annual performance of partners with sales team - Set annual sales and activity targets for each sales agent with sales team - Create and promote sales agent co branding - Manage content on Partner Portal website - Manage partner communications, partner briefings, training and annual events - Manage partner program budget People Development: - Take overall responsibility for people development initiatives and building up in-house capabilities for the employees in the department - Drive a performance driven culture in the team by timely monitoring, review of performance parameters and feedback to the team members - Contribute towards development of talent for the department by providing subordinates with adequate exposure and growth opportunities to enable readiness for higher roles - Actively participate in HR initiatives to drive overall employee engagement and motivation - Support capability development programs by identifying and recommending the training areas Key Result Areas: - Brand credibility &amp; Brand strength - Customer awareness of our products and services - Marketing Budget - Planned vs Actual - Return on investment (ROI) of brand - Return on marketing investment (ROMI) - Revenue generation capabilities of brand - Strategy Implementation
