Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Brand Building:

- Develop the brand to resonate with the target audience.

Digital Marketing Campaigns:

- Create and execute campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.

Marketing Strategy:

- Develop a comprehensive strategy aligned with company goals, communicating brand values and messages.

Content Creation:

- Produce engaging and compelling content for the target audience.

Communication Skills:

- Employ quirky and sophisticated communication styles to engage the audience effectively.

Performance Marketing:

- Set performance marketing strategies, including planning, budgeting, reporting, and execution across multiple channels.

Funnel Optimization:

- Track funnel conversion rigorously and identify areas for improvement.

Data Utilization:

- Use data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and optimize marketing strategies.

Essential Qualifications:

- Proven execution skills in marketing campaigns.

- 3-5 years of experience in Quick Commerce (Quick Commerce advertisement experience is a must).

- Additional advertisement experience with other E-Commerce platforms is desirable.

- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms (search, display, social media).

- Experience with data analytics tools.
