To enable a HI-Performance culture by supporting the in designing and implementing programmes, policies, guidelines and initiatives in Performance Management .
1. Design and develop or improve performance management processes
- Goal Setting
- Mid year and Annual Review
- Continuous and real time feedback
- Managing under performance system
2. Performance Management process recast and new processes development
3. Provide input to performance processes via research on rating biases etc. and conduct feedback and assessment surveys on performance processes
4. Develop processes, policies, guidelines and templates to ensure timely implementation and quality of performance management system.
5. Ensure processes of Performance management are kept contemporary and changes are made to the functionalities as and when required
