Senior Manager - Performance Improvement - Finance - IIM/NITIE/SP Jain/XLRI/ISB/FMS (8-12 yrs)

Essentials Expertise :

In-depth knowledge of :

- Global Business Services (GBS) / Global in-house captives (GICs) / Shared Services & Outsourcing advisory/ Outsourcing & Offshoring

- Finance Strategy & Transformation

- Finance Operational Excellence (expertise in core finance processes including P2P, R2R, O2C, A2R)

- Business diagnostics

Expertise in two or more of the areas listed :

- Go-to-Market strategy

- Performance improvement of internal operations

- Service sourcing, RfP process

- Outsourcing/offshoring strategy and setup

- Design of SLAs, process KPIs and reporting requirements

- In-depth understanding of the current economic and business environment

- Relationship management skills with senior client personnel

- Ability to develop and customize solutions relevant to client

Job Role - 


Business development :

- Support in building professional relationships

- Support in converting new accounts and new projects in consulting

- Demonstrate a good understanding of the industry and solution

- Client service delivery/execution

- End-to-end responsibility of delivering GBS/GCC and Finance Transformation engagements

- Manage service quality, brand and client expectations

- Knowledge Management

- Contribute to brand development by writing articles, developing thought leadership and point-of-views

- People management

- Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching & mentoring staff

- Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for the team

- Contribute to people related initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training professionals.

- Ensure compliance to the firm's standards, processes and policies

Academic Qualifications : MBAs preferably from premier institutes such as IIMs, NITIE, SP Jain, XLRI, ISB, FMS etc. with a solid academic background

Experience : 8-10+ years of relevant experience post-MBA

- Consulting background or industry background (business excellence or functional role) preferred with significant expertise in at least two or more of the areas listed - Go-to-Market strategy, business planning, performance improvement of internal operations, service sourcing, outsourcing/offshoring strategy

- Demonstrated track record with leading consulting organizations

- Demonstrated experience in business development
