- The incumbent will be responsible for spearheading and driving CSPL's people strategy in synergy with the business strategy. - Reporting to the Vice President - Delivery & Operations, overseeing & liaising with internal teams, end-to-end planning and strategizing in line with the business plan with an integrated view on human value chain consisting of resource planning and management, employee engagement, performance & compensation management, rewards and recognition, career planning, leadership development, motivation & fulfillment solutions and driving culture along with creating strategies that solely focus on better employee experience right from onboarding to offboarding. - The role is an unique opportunity for an individual with at least 10 years of experience who will be managing a team of 150+ individual. Key responsibilities : - Individual will formulate and execute key business initiatives at GDC level within the assigned department - Manage the overall compensation framework including salary appraisals, incentive and bonus plans, IUP etc. - Formulate and oversee the implementation of rewards and recognition framework including various contests, POBs etc. within the assigned budget - Develop the people plan and long-term roadmap for the assigned area in conjunction with the business plan considering the overall business dynamics - Tactically handle transactions pertaining to workforce planning, recruitment, compensation, on-boarding, termination etc. - Drive employee engagement activities to drive better productivity of the team to be more focused - Conceptualize & seamlessly implement strategies to retain, develop and motivate people for achieving their highest potential by partnering with middle management. - Lead the succession planning exercise for critical positions & groom the high potential talent in partnership with the L&OD Team. - Effectively handle all employee communications within the assigned area - Accountable for taking decisions pertaining to key personnel aspects like yearly manpower planning, hiring, promotions, PEP enforcement etc. - Key Decision maker for assigned department(s) and work on driving key strategic initiatives by partnering with senior stakeholders in each business unit - Accountable for creating the KRA and ensuring team hits the required productivity Qualifications : - Overall 10+ Years of experience from Top B-School - Excellent at people management ability and must have experience of handling large teams - Prior experience in managing diverse team - Critical thinker and problem-solving skills - Demonstrable ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a large and complex matrix organization - Excellent leadership skills - Strong experience driving operational excellence - Used to work in close cooperation with senior management
