Senior Manager - People Operations - IT (5-8 yrs)
Designation: Senior Manager - People Operations
Reporting to: Co-Founder
Location: Remote
About Us: Our client Company is a modern toolset to build web & mobile frontend applications blazing fast. With over a dozen large enterprise customers & over 9000 signups and nearing a 5mnn$ ARR.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end to end recruitment activities by sourcing the best talent from diverse sources and handle the entire Talent management right from joining to exit.
2. Manage HR Compliances and Payroll.
3. HR Operations Management - (Assets/logistics)
4. Manage smooth employee experience including On-Boarding as well Off Boarding activities.
5. Handle Employee Engagement & Rewards & Recognitions.
6. Ensure effective execution of the selection process, post offer and joining formalities and maintain 30, 60 & 90 days interaction with the new joiners.
7. Assist in conceptualization & implementation of people management initiatives & policies to support overall business strategy.
8. Consult with the leaders on organizational initiatives that ensure alignment between management and employees.
9. Provide guidance and input on team planning, succession planning etc.
10. Act as the first point of contact for all employee grievances and manage & resolve complex employee relations issues while conducting effective, thorough & objective investigations.
11. Maintain in depth knowledge of labour requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing statutory risks & ensuring regulatory compliance.
12. Develop & monitor informative HR dashboards to track key metrics for HR operations for continuous improvement.
13. Manage Learning & Development
14. Prepare periodic reports related to employee data as per organizational needs.
Desired Skills and Traits:
1. 5-8 years of experience in a core People Operations role from IT Industry
2. Handle the ISO process
3. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
4. Must possess strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and should be a result oriented person.
5. Must possess a high degree of artfulness and tact in managing issues and difficult situations
6. Proficiency in making timely, effective, ethics-based decisions.
7. Ability to work independently, exercise discretion and take prudent decisions.
8. Ability to prioritize tasks in line with fast-changing business needs.
9. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and make decisions under pressure.
10. Must be highly analytical, logical & have a number driven aptitude.
11. Should be comfortable and confident to manage internal and external stakeholders.
Qualification: MBA HR
