Senior Manager - PEGA Marketing Application Development - Shared Service Center

We have an urgent role with one of our Client (MNC ) - Shared Service Center at Pune.

Role : PEGA MARKETING DEPLOYMENT 

Purpose of the Role :

- Design, Build & configure PEGA Marketing business application to meet business process and application support requirements.

Must Have SKILLS: PEGA MARKETING EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATIONS : CSA OR CSSA AND CPMC OR CPOC

KEY Responsibilities :

- Experience in implementing/support Pega marketing applications

- Experience in defining strategies, campaigns, predictive & adaptive models.

- Hands- On Exp in using deployment to configure Dev/ops enviroment

- Create CICO Pipelines

- Configure PEGA unit testing tasks.

- Resolving incidents and preparing RCA

- Lead Technical team in enhancement and support activities

- Perform code review to ensure code quality ensure compliance, coding standards, UI Standards and Corporate Standards

- Marketing Strategy validation and enhancement implementation along with review

Technical Experience :

- Experience in PEGA Marketing customer service

- Create CICO Pipelines

- Configure PEGA Unit testing tasks

- Application configuration management and changes

- Code deployment where necessary

- Execute/Schedule/Monitor Campaign (Start/stop/suspend & resume)

- Review related changes/ Technical documentations.
