Senior Manager - Payroll - Healthcare (7-10 yrs)
The Sr. Manager shall be responsible for following :
- Overall responsible for managing end to end payroll for 14000 plus employees.
- Responsible for Payroll initiatives and project management.
- Responsible for Payroll and statuotary compliances.
- Responsible for developing and managing payroll policies and guidelines.
- Maintains payroll information by designing systems; directing the collection, calculation.
- Responsible for Reports and MIS
- Responsible for handling Employee grievances
- The location is Gurgaon. The client is in the healthcare business.
