Senior Manager - Payable - P2P Vertical - Food Retailers Firm (8-16 yrs)

Job Responsibility:
- Responsible for the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of payments transaction processes
- Support the development of new and centralized overall P2P vertical and leading implementation of robust transaction policies, processes, and tools.
- Enhance procure to pay processes aligned with fast-growing operations (like TFS) to accommodate business growth and processes.
- Acts as a P2P owner and develops a robust P2P strategy to drive compliance and efficiency.
- Identifies procurement process controls and governance risks.
- Develops and implements strategies to reduce and mitigate risks associated with procurement processes and systems.
- Process oriented, partners with other finance roles, business leaders and CFT teams like operations and purchase.
- Identifies P2P best practices in travel retail business for new implementations.
- Keeps employee motivation ensuring that the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies
- Good communications and interpersonal skills and the ability to guide and influence senior leadership
- Sound analytical skills and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture.
- Background of process improvements and running transformational projects preferably knowing Lean / Six Sigma techniques
