Senior Manager - Partnerships & Alliances - Internet/Online (4-8 yrs)

As the Sr. Manager, you will be rapidly building and executing a strategy to establish partnerships as a key channel for customer acquisition for our company's growth. You will have the opportunity to work across the growth leadership, product, sales and marketing teams to drive this objective. If you enjoy scaling a rapidly growing customer-focused brand, closing successful partnerships, are outcome driven, analytical and enjoy working with a passionate team in disrupting the car care space, this will be a great opportunity.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Drive brand awareness, user growth and incremental revenue through brand alliances

- Planning and executing multiple co-promotional and symbiotic marketing campaigns with partners across categories

- Developing and managing affiliate marketing channels

- Executing campaigns with Banks, payment wallets and Financial partners for revenue growth

- Identify partnership opportunities by identifying prospects categorically and evaluating the benefits of association

- Consistently work with partners for newer campaigns and scaling them for better conversion

- Track, report and optimise the performance of partnerships on a daily/weekly basis, including issues as they arise, assessing possible solutions, and executing them

- Manage end to end partner relation including pitching, negotiation, contract, execution, billing/invoicing, payment and result tracking

- Be proactive about solving problems and take additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge

- Work closely with the product, design, marketing, and tech teams for implementation as needed

Requirements:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Alliances & Partnership in growing B2C digital brands/startups

- History of successfully developing and leading multiple strategic partnerships as a vital channel for customer acquisition

- Strategic thinker who is able to blend consulting and business strategy to develop compelling plans for new partner outreach and initiatives

- Results driven with a strong focus on outcomes from partnerships to achieve our business plan

- Excellent analytical, communication skills to handle ongoing negotiations with clients

- Must be comfortable with complexity, and thinking on multiple levels of abstraction

- Ability to work both independently and within a team

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or MBA from from an tier 1 institute
