Senior Manager - Partner Enablement - IoT Tech Startup (7-10 yrs)

Who we are looking for:

The Partner Enablement Manager is responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing management of the sales collateral, playbooks, sales tools. He or she will enable direct sales, key account management teams, and key partners to effectively sell the company's product.

This strategic position requires an enthusiastic and people-oriented professional who will work closely with internal sales teams and content marketing teams, to help sales convert deals faster and drive business growth through better marketing and communications enablement for sales.

Your area of responsibility:

- Understand the buyer's journey accurately and map requirements in terms of sales collateral and tools to increase deal-sizes and move them faster through the pipe.

- Create and manage the sales playbooks, sales collateral like videos, brochures, decks, case studies, sales tools, new product launches, and training content.

- Prepare scripts for educational, explainer, and product demo videos and manage end to end production with internal teams or agencies.

- Build business case documents and calculators to empower sales by undertaking fact-based storytelling.

- Setup and manage a Digital Asset Management (DAM) tool that ensures that all information is easily and readily accessible at the point of need.

- Monitor and report on asset usage and consumption to maximize its effectiveness.

- Have a thorough understanding of customers, their requirements and expectations.

- Monitor competitive intelligence for communication and expand the breadth of conversion-oriented marketing assets.

- Work on key RFP responses, proposals, and pitch-decks for strategic opportunities that will provide a high impact on the company's top line.

- Interact with Content Marketing and Product Marketing teams to understand and provide feedback on buyer personas and market requirements.

What we- re looking for:

- An MBA with a Bachelor's in Science or Technology preferred.

- 7+ years of total experience with at least 2 years of experience in a sales enablement or consulting role is required and at least 5 years of experience in B2B product marketing, content marketing, research, or presales.

- Excellent content writing skills and solid verbal communication skills.

- The excellent handle of tools like Powerpoint and Adobe to create quick explainer videos.

- The functional handle of tools like Excel and Word to create compelling business cases and ROI calculators.

- Ability to synthesize complex, dense information into straightforward, compelling sales tools and training materials.

- Ability to understand customers- business problems and story-tell how Roambee can use sensor data and analytics to solve their business problems.

- Team player with strong intrapersonal skills to project manage and coordinate production.
