We are hiring for one of our world-renowned clients-, and one of the global digital agencies offering an exciting portfolio of clients across the BFSI, Travel, Retail, Consumer Goods, Real Estate, and E-commerce industries. They are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sr. Paid Social Specialist to work with their established Paid Media team. This role requires excellent knowledge and clear understanding of planning, implementing and optimizing PPC and paid social campaigns and the ability to understand the broader digital media landscape.  Responsibilities:  Campaign Strategy Implementation:  - Understand the client's business and their marketing objectives and goals  - Review and analyze competitor sites  - Develop forecasts and plans, using input from your Director and Account Director  - Define a campaign strategy and deliverable plans that meet or exceed client expectations  - Work closely with other internal departments to develop campaigns   - Attend client and agency meetings to present deliverables, campaign strategies, and tactics  - Always maintain positive client relationships  Campaign reporting results and optimizations:  - Monitor, track and evaluate campaign performance analytics, based on client KPI targets and baselines  - Create monthly client reports, verify data accuracy, provide analysis and keep clients updated on the status of their accounts  - Support Director in data acquisition or campaign insights for quarterly or annual business reviews  - Present practical ideas for future marketing expansion or optimization  Paid Social Innovation:  - Stay current on industry trends and best practices, focusing on how changes can help improve offerings to accounts  - Think creatively and develop tools and innovative tactics to improve efficiencies or advance the practice  - Actively contribute to corporate initiatives, automation projects, process changes and roll-outs  - Periodically aid in the creation of new business presentations  - Create, or assist in creating, POVs, best practices, and key process documentation  Qualifications:  - An academic degree in a related field (such as Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Analytics, or Communications) is highly desirable  - Google Analytics certification is highly desired  - At least 5 years- experience in digital marketing is required of which 3 years of paid social campaign management experience is mandatory  - Must have hands-on experience across multiple social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.  - Must have prior experience in a client-facing role  - Prior experience in an agency environment highly desired  - Working knowledge of SEM/Paid Search  - Desire to manage and mentor junior members of a team; prior experience as a manager a plus  - Demonstrate the ability to use paid media strategy to complement earned media campaigns and meet business objectives  - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)  - Excellent verbal and written skills; exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and attention to detail  - Enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment  Salary Offered: 7-9LPA
