Candidate will travel towards Vendors location for managing contact center CANDIDATE PROFILE :&nbsp; Education : MBA marketing Industry: Preferable Insurance industry- Banking, Credit Card, Real Estate, Insurance etc Experience : 6 years plus experience in managing multiple outbound sales processes. - Including cold calling, web leads, renewals &amp; retention, cross sell, VRM - Manage a 100 seat outbound sales call center at an outsourced vendor partner - Has a target of 120 crore equity gross sales per month - Expand to 500 seats in a profitable manner - Manage a team of onroll trainer &amp; 3 process managers - Manage everything within regulatory guidelines ( TRAI, SEBI ) - Take care of brand, experience and distributor sensitivity in all interactions - Recruit, train &amp; manage outsourced call center vendor partners
