Sr Manager-OD and training

- Looking a suitable candidate from BFSI industry with experience in OD, Training and Development. Will develop, implement and administer development and training programs for company employees.

- Directs the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance.

- Designs and develops HR training programs for management and employees also employer branding strategy. Develops learning activities, audio-visual materials. Reviews evaluations of training courses. Assess effectiveness of training

- Trains employees on HR issues and practices. Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.

- Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
