Job Summary :

- Responsible for managing and supporting the assessment of organizational needs and the design, implementation and evaluation of programs that facilitate organization current and future readiness with respect to capabilities, talent and culture.

The role incumbent is expected to contribute to the Org growth by making positive difference on areas like:-

- Learning & Development

- Performance Management

- Employee Engagement and Experience

- Talent & Succession Management

- OD interventions

Key Responsibilities :

- Execute organizational development (OD) programs and processes across learning, talent management and culture building.

- Assess the organization capability requirements for the present and future - build and implement capability building programs in line with those.

- Build the end to end learning architecture and introduce varied learning methodologies like coaching, mentoring, action learning, blended learning etc. across the digital, virtual and in person space.

- Assist with the provision of expert facilitation and coaching to supervisors and managers.

- Support in execution of culture-building initiatives which reinforce the Values, build Employee Experience, and promote a Diverse & Inclusive workplace

- Implement employee experience/engagement surveys/studies

- Make full use of automation and technology across all work areas, partner to digitize where required.

- Research industry best-practices and customize the same to relevant OD solutions Prepare budgetary recommendations that meet departmental goals and provide for effective management of resources.

The Person :

Qualifications & Key Requirements :

- MBA HR or PDGPM / PGDHRD having 8-12 years of experience

- Master's degree in organizational development/organizational behavior. Related experience considered in lieu of education.

- Work stints in more than 2 CoE areas or HR Operations and CoE

Personal Characteristics :

- Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.

- Ability to design and implement effective development programs. Knowledge of Instruction Design will be an added advantage.

- Working knowledge of HRIS (PeopleSoft / SAP) would be beneficial

- Knowledge of LMS - Learning Management Systems

- Digital Savi

- Ability to think through at a strategic level

- High Idea Orientation and ability to envision

- Superior verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills

- Good analytical, planning and execution skills

- Excellent stakeholder management skills
