Senior Manager - Organization Development - IT (10-15 yrs)

Responsibilities:

Organization Development

1. Facilitate organization effectiveness that improve business performance including organizational assessment, analysis, design, and the design and delivery of OD interventions at the organization, team and individual level.

2. Reengineer the organizational structure to adapt to the changing needs of the business.

3. Work with HRBP to identify business performance improvement opportunities through continuous dialogue with department heads and recommend/implement OD solutions to address those needs

4. Work with HRBP to plan and facilitate organization development interventions to improve organizational effectiveness

5. Work with HRBP to plan, design and deliver learning and development programs at all levels based on the requirements of core competencies, corporate culture in alignment with the organizational goals and priorities

Talent Management :

1. Build talent management and development policies, system, processes and best practices at the global level through the cycle of talent review, talent assessment, talent development and talent retention

2. Contribute to the development of global and local talent management strategies and priorities to meet the needs of the business

3. Work with HRBP to coordinate and implement talent review, succession planning, leadership and career development programs.

4. Work with HRBP to plan and execute the retention strategy for key talents in the organization

5. Develop and implement career path for associate at all levels and functions

Candidate Requirement:

1. At least 10 years specialist experience in learning and development, talent development and internal consulting in a fast growing organization.

2. Regional/global exposure would definitely be an advantage

3. Experienced in building and executing a talent management and development system, designing and facilitating learning and development program and organization development initiatives at the management level, and implementing programs to enhance organization effectiveness and talent retention
