Senior Manager - Organisation Development - Global Financial House

We are currently hiring Senior Manager Organization Development for a MNC in the Financial Services space.

- Work on Leadership initiatives such as Executive Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Talent Acquisition for the Leadership Pipeline

- Lead the Management Development Program, campus hires from Premier B-schools, for critical mid-senior management roles

- Leadership Development Programs and career management for high potential employees, Program managing HR team's scorecard achievement and the monthly review with the CEO

- Understand the business and HR operating model of the organisation, identify macro level issues, work with the Vice President, HR on devising strategic solutions and follow through with implementation

- Designs and delivers strategic HR projects, to scale higher levels of organizational excellence

- Work with senior management and professionals across geographies

- The role holder will be constantly challenged with high levels of ambiguity, challenging timelines and overall high expectations of producing innovative results

Qualifications :

- Around 10 years experience with 2 to 3 years in a similar role

- Full time MBA with specialization in HR from a top ranked B-School

- Has a proven record on good communication skills and stakeholder management

- Willingness to work in timings which overlaps with US and India senior leaders

Work timings : 4 pm to 1 am
