Job purpose :
- Coordinate and Sustain the Order To Cash
- Experience in High Radius implementation, SAP Hana
- People Management of the Macro Process
- Achieve and Structurally improve the KPIs in the scope of the Macro Process: Overdues & Commercial Losses, Payment on Time, Cashflow, Cashflow Forecast Accuracy
- Drive the continuous(efficiency) improvement initiatives and transformations for the Macro Process and implement the agreed projects according to 1 YP

Education & Experience:
- University Degree - Master Degree in Economics or Finance
- 11+ years experience in the OTC/ Finance/ process
- People Management experience: at least 2-3 years of experience in managing a team of Managers, Supervisors, or Team leads
- Experience in stakeholder management with commercial function and customers
- Experience in working in an ERP environment
- Experience in End to End OTC
- Experience in High Radius implementation, SAP Hana
- Utility industry or Shared Services experience a plus.
- Experience with SAP financial module
- Computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc)
