- Demonstrated experience as a senior resource leading systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.

- Working with the customer to confirm scope and goals, objectives and business justification, secure resources (people and budget) and re-iterate the mandate for projects.

- Proactively and independently manage stakeholder expectations for timelines and deliverables throughout the program/project lifecycle with little/no intervention from business/region leadership.
