Has a consistent & proven track record of successfully employing best business practices that improve efficiency, reduce operating costs whilst increasing performance. A well-developed orientation for employee relations driven through operational excellence and inculcation of strong work ethics and culture.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for warehouse operations and transportation.

2. Leads, manages & controls operations at the site.

3. Ensures that structures, processes & resources are developed & implemented to continually improve operational.

4. ensures effective contingency plans are developed and implemented to ensure service levels are met.

5. Sets clear performance priorities, objectives, standards & measures for Operations. Manages the ongoing performance to ensure the achievement of defined operational goals and customer SLA's.

6. Ensures effective tools/methods are consistently used to monitor, measure & report on key services, projects etc.
