Responsible for:
- Business Intelligence and Client Servicing.
- Ensuring SLA compliance through regular quality check and reviews. Driving ESAT, CSAT and KSAT to theclient expectations.
- Performance management across process, span and team levels and ensuring minimum churn rate.
- Develop, maintain and foster effective relationships with clients, provideupdateon projectsand resolving any issues/concernspromptly to ensuretheir satisfaction.
- Regular Employee Engagement activities to provide conducive environment to employees.
- Leading Centre for Excellence teams for campaign performance and to identify areas of improvement in current processes
