Senior Manager Operations/ Supply !

Job responsibilities :

- Build the funnel for supply basis demand across different courses and markets

- Take full ownership of multiple mission-critical business processes required to keep our business running

- Led a team of 50+ executives/ leads to manage the entire funnel operations effectively

- Use your team and problem-solving skills to make sure everything gets done correctly, on time, every time

- Attain deep understanding of how things work under the hood, anticipate how things could go wrong, and figure out how to fix them when they do

- Keep your manager informed of how our business is running, what's most important in your world, and which roadblocks need to be cleared

- Optimize and improve all the processes you own, identify process gaps or inefficiencies and recommend solutions, and contribute to the implementation of those solutions

- Act as Liaison to our curriculum, product, recruitment & sales stakeholders, handling escalation, consolidating feedback, and collaborating on troubleshooting & training the team

What We Are Looking For?

- Bachelor's degree is mandatory (MBA is a plus). Minimum 4-6 years experience with team management experience of at least 2+ years

- Ownership & creative thinking mindset is a must

- Experience of managing a team of direct reportees of multiple backgrounds. Consulting experience with a focus on operations management preferred

- Strong analytical & modelling skills and experience with Excel; experience with SQL and/or Python is a plus but not required

- Strong attention to detail, history of delivering zero-defect output, and comfort with ambiguity in an ever-changing environment

- Excellent organization, time management and prioritization skills; demonstrated facility juggling multiple critical tasks and consistently delivering against hard deadlines

- Eye for optimization and experience designing and/or improving complex processes Tier 1 Academic pedigree !
