Job Description:
- Program Management to conceive, ideate and execute the pilots of initiatives aimed at improving Customer experience through operations and looking at DE finance and payout
- Influence City Ops heads to expedite adoption and roll out of successful products and ideas
- Track and monitor effectiveness and excellence in execution of the program on a periodic basis
- Work closely with Field ops and S&O teams to revamp and continuously improve DE earnings and customer experience.
- Work with CC & CX team closely to understand key customer pain points and resolve them.
