Job Title : Senior Manager - Operations-Reinsurance /Insurance

Reports to : Head - Operations

We are hiring for a leadership role - Senior Manager - Operations-Reinsurance /Insurance, for one of the leading insurance Broking firm.

Job Description :

Essential :

- 11 - 15 years of experience in Reinsurance operations in financial services/ ITES or off shore processing organizations with proven track record in service delivery.

OR

- 11-15 years of Reinsurance experience in tier 1 or 2 IT services companies or Tier 1 captives leading and running insurance/BFSI business, deliveries and technology practice/competencies.

Essential :

- Should have led global Reinsurance programs in the offshore environment in areas like Proportional, Non Proportional, Treaty etc

- Should have managed a large team specifically in Reinsurance Broking or Underwriting domain as a specialist with Senior Management experience in Reinsurance

- Should be able to understand the dynamics of Reinsurance Operations and engage with Global Reinsurance teams

- Should have had experience in a mature offshore Reinsurance model with ability to lead large change programs and influence Global Operations Leaders on operational efficacy & driving consistency.

Desirable :

- Understanding of insurance and financial services sectors
