Sr. Manager Operations - QSR / FMCG / - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

We are working very closely with QSR Retail Chain brand - to build very good high capability, high potential team of people from premier B-School - to scale up and build next level leadership pipeline - to be based in Mumbai

Young Professionals with 1-3 years exp entrepreneurial bent of mind passionate, aggressive, hungry for learning and growth - with specific skills, such as marketing, technology, Operations, people process, and scaling up

Candidates who can take higher responsibility to shoulder growth ambitions

Wil work very closely with senior leadership team and CEO

Operations / Marketing / Business Development

- Professionals with entrepreneurial bent of mind specific skills, such as marketing, technology, Operations, people process, and scaling up

- People with entrepreneur passion and drive who can make a different and larger responsibility are we looking at.

- Will be responsible for operations related to new product development, vertical operations, growth, strategy planning

Incubation leader - Entrepreneur

- Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement

- who have worked with established companies with successful track record of building brands in new categories

- who will work with promoters closely to identify right business opportunities and build business

- Have experience of Supply Chain / Operations / Marketing

- Candidates working with large brands/ who have been entrepreneurs themselves wanting to join growth companies / people who are working in routine profiles wanting to do be part of creating and building brand

REQUIRED SKILLS QUALITATIVE :

- Should demonstrate good organizational abilities, multi-tasking skills, and excellent time-management.

- Strong people skills and soft skills to manage teams with diverse backgrounds

- Strong team player and good leadership skills to lead a young and dynamic team

- Strong analytical skills & comfort with MS office suite - word/ppt/excel

- Must be able to work under pressure and on various projects simultaneously and autonomously

- Should have some understanding of QSR business - food production process, working with franchises etc.

ADDITIONAL ATTRIBUTES :

- Ability to work with external (vendors/suppliers) and internal stakeholders (Top leadership, HR/finance/Production teams etc.)

- Self-driven individual with a go-getter attitude and entrepreneurial mind-set

- Ability to take initiative and work independently with a sense of ownership

- Can look at macro and micro picture at the same time

- Readiness to travel extensively if needed

EDUCATIONAL & INDUSTRY PREFERENCE :

Candidate with 1-3 years' Experience can be with MBA/PGDM from a Premier B School

Industry : Candidates from FMCG/QSR Industry experience will be preferred
