Job Summary:

- The Senior Manager of Operations for Personal Loans will oversee the end-to-end process of our personal loan operations, including the Loan Origination System (LOS), Loan Management System (LMS), and the development of our B2C mobile application.

- This role requires a robust background in personal loan operations combined with strong technical knowledge. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and compliant loan processing while leveraging technology to optimize workflows and enhance the customer experience through our B2C product.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership and Management:

- Lead and manage the personal loan operations team to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing.

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures tailored to personal loans.

- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

2. Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS):

- Oversee the LOS and LMS processes specific to personal loans, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

- Collaborate with IT and other departments to maintain and improve LOS and LMS functionality.

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the systems.

3. Operational Efficiency:

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness in personal loan processing.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to drive decision-making and improve processes.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies specific to personal loans.

4. Technology Integration and App Development:

- Leverage technology to streamline personal loan operations and improve service delivery.

- Work with IT to integrate new technologies and tools that support personal loan operations, including the development of B2C apps.

- Oversee the development and maintenance of customer-facing apps to enhance user experience.

- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements relevant to personal loans and app development.

5. Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve operational goals for personal loans.

- Communicate effectively with senior management, providing regular updates on operational performance and challenges.

- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed.

6. Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate operational risks specific to personal loans.

- Develop and implement risk management strategies and contingency plans.

- Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in personal loan operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Experience in app development for B2C products is required.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS) specific to personal loans.

- Strong understanding of technology and its application in personal loan operations.

- Experience with data analysis and performance metrics.

- Proven experience in app development for B2C products.
