CTC:- Upto 16 LPA
Role Responsibilities:
- Own & lead Operations for Enterprise Business, with end-to-end responsibility of Order fulfillment & Customer NPS.
- Ensuring 100% end-to-end fulfillment rate for all orders
- Set-up systems & processes that results in improving overall operations
- Understand all order fulfillment related issues in depth and resolve them, which shall include prioritisation & multi-tasking to manage huge volume of transactions
