Senior Manager - Operations - Industrial Product

Need a Smart Dynamic Plant Head with high Analytical Skills and Problem Solving Mindset (Location Manesar, Gurgaon)

- He must be an Engg Graduate from Premier College (IIT, NIT etc.)

- Experience of New products highly preferred, must have worked in complex and dynamic industry and has seen challenging environment

- Should be capable of problem solving and meeting ambiguities. Plant Transformation Experience will be good to have..

Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate execution ownership in driving fulfilment of multiple business orders in a dynamic product manufacturing environment, taking into consideration Product Quality, fulfilment Costs and timelines

- Drive cross functional engagement with engineering and product teams to continuously improve the product manufacturability and functionality through pragmatic feedbacks at all stages of product development

- Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate and lead team members (at various levels) to their optimum performance levels

- Develop best practices & standardization in systems built for automation and robotics

- Be an inspirational colleague for CTO, VP Operations, VP Products, Supply Chain and Project teams

- Executive presence to contribute to C-level discussions and decisions

Requirements :

- 10+ years of relevant experience with proven excellence in dynamic manufacturing environment, New product Introductions, engineering process handover, Budgeting, Change Management, People Management, stakeholder management etc.

- Proven experience in successfully running and scaling up manufacturing plant setups

- Fair degree of comfort in working with warehouse management solutions eg: SAP WMS

- Engineering(mandatory) & MBA(preferred) from a Premier Institute

- Prior experience in implementing sustainable change management practices

- Strong business/financial acumen, excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

- Excellent Problem-Solving Skills to be able to quickly ascertain complex situations and be decisive
