Senior Manager-Operations (3-10 years)

A role of Senior Manager-Operations with One of the renowned Fintech Organization with total experience of 10 years and minimum 5 years of experience in Operations.

Location: Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

- Handling operations to help in increasing the penetration of financial products and thereby increase financial literacy with the help of financial advisors

- Motivating teams and help them with their goals.

- Ensuring issues are raised / escalated and driven through to resolution.

- Identifying gaps in the processes, work on its excellence, formulate strategy resolve conflicts and bridge the gaps. Take full ownership/accountability of the same.

- Working under pressure and delegate set of duties and Managing Large data, Process Excellence and managing escalations.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in handling Operations and good knowledge of Python/Power BI

- Well versed with data churning. have neck for data and decisions are mostly backed by data.

- Willing to work on new and challenging problem.

- Experience of User testing planning & execution. Quality Centre knowledge a bonus.

- Demonstrated experience of leading or managing team past endeavors.
