Job Role : Senior Operations Manager
Office Location : Mumbai
Role Reports to : Head of Operations
Shift Timings : UK shift (2.30 to 10.30 PM)
Required Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, Experience
Job Summary :-
Supports the development and implementation of operations strategy for the business unit. Ensures the ongoing delivery of excellent client service across all segments, taking overall responsibility for the operational efficiency of the business and ensuring the relevant regulatory and technical standards are met.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree preferred
- Post Graduation in Management will have an added advantage
Experience Required :-
- Looking out for someone who has 10 plus years- experience in the banking & financial services industry, with at least 5 years of these in Operations Management.
- Applicants should have exposure working with experienced leader with proven ability in managing large (100 + FTE) service delivery teams engaged in BPO/Shared Service Centres.
- Applicants should be very strong in understanding global KYC, UK & US norms, AML (Anti Money Laundry)
- Need someone who is good in data access, reporting and analytics services
- Excellent leadership and operations management skills
- Applicants should have excellent experience in managing multiple stake holders and should have very good interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
Minimum experience :-
- In the current role (& designation) for minimum one year
