- Full ownership of multiple mission-critical business processes

- Create an active pipeline of teachers basis demand
- Identify process gaps and efficiencies and recommend solutions
- Liaise with sales & recruitment stakeholders, product and curriculum teams
Candidate background :
- MBA with 4-8 years of post-qualification experience
- Should have experience in operations and team management
- Should have experience in designing and improving complex processes
- Should have experience working in ambiguous and ever-changing environment
