Job Description :

- Built the Major Cluster operations from scratch

- Leading a large team - Managing hubs, City P&L, Quality and Operational Audits, People Engagement, Vendor Relationship Management, Training and Development, HR Functions

- Overseeing the fulfillment center

- Forecasting, warehousing, inventory control, procurement, distribution and vendor management

- Responsible for the customer service and efficiency

- Identifying the categories and SKUs to be added based on customers- demand, competitors' analysis and market research

- Coordinating with multiple teams such as Finance, Legal, Customer Service, HR Managing the entire gamut of Operations in (Staples, FMCG, Fresh, Meat), Delivery Operations, Logistics, Asset Planning & optimization, Warehouse Management, Cost Optimization, Operational Excellence, P&L Management, Vendor Management, First & Last Mile Operations, Training & Development & People Management

- Driving supply chain KRA as Line efficiency, Productivity, Availability, Fill Rate, Consumer breach, Total Safety Index, Capacity Expansion by conducting periodic reviews with functional & regional heads

- Conducting monthly inventory verification, identifying slow moving materials & bottlenecks near expiry items & recommending solutions to mitigate the loss

- Establishing strategic relationships with regional vendors, achieving aggressive targets in terms of cost, Quality & delivery for strategic sourcing (with compliances) of services & materials

- Devise long term & short-term strategy for the city/zone & set milestones to monitor progress in line with the city target based on robust analysis of business, market data to ensure data-based planning
